Contractor's Mix Grass Seed
Annual grass seed made for our local area. Mixture of annual ryegrass and intermediate ryegrass. This grass seed will not fully come back up the following year! We recommend a planting rate of 6lb per 1,000 sq.ft. for new seeding and 3lb per 1,000 sq.ft. for overseeding, or 2.5-3 bags per acre. Best to plant in the spring or fall.
